Responsibilities:
Develop, implement & maintain security policies and procedures to meet required codes & regulations
Oversee security guards 
Responsible for all security & safety matters and ad hoc projects assigned
Liaise with local authorities, to upkeep & renew security & safety's licenses, permits, certificates and other statutory matters

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in security services or handling building security and safety
Ex-army personnel or ex-police force is preferred
Sound security and safety knowledge
Possess high integrity with good leadership skills and able to lead a team of security personnel
Highly motivated, physically fit and committed
Willing to work long hours, night shifts/weekends/public holidays
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate
