Responsibilities:
Support and assist the HR & Administrative Manager.
Maintain basic HR functions such as employee records, attendance, leaves & claims and other day-to-day operations of HR within the organisation.
Assist in conducting Training Needs & maintaining all training records and coordinating employee training initiatives.
Assisting with employee relations & employee communications.
Assisting with employee Performance Management & improvement tracking.
Coordinating recruitment drives and new employee orientation programmes.
Coordinate all employee counseling initiatives.
Ensuring prompt renewal of employee contracts and insurance policies.
Coordinating in employee safety, welfare and overall employee services and HR related initiatives.
Coordinate the procurement functions of PT Foundation, maintain stock & purchase of stationeries and other equipment to ensure the smooth operations of the organisation.
Update & maintain overall vendor databases & coordinating procurement.
Implement and maintain an effective HR & Admin filing and overall archival system for PT Foundation.
Supervise the janitor in performing her duties. Ensure that office supplies, hygiene, equipment maintenance, repairs, etc are attended to in a timely manner.
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or equivalent.
1 Full-Time and Contract position available.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is essential.
Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Resourceful & detailed.
A fast learner & able to work at a fast pace with minimal supervision.
Able to meet very tight deadlines.
Highly adaptive & has good communication skills.
Fluent in the English & Malay languages.
