Requirements:
Relevant degree in related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience.
Exposure in Project Management of building construction, especially shopping centres, condominiums, hotel resorts and themed entertainment projects.
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to plan, organize and monitor work closely on site.
Self motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
Able to work within tight schedules under pressure to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently.
Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Willing to work in Projects that are situated overseas, especially China.
