Responsibilities:
The Terminal Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Installation. This includes planning and executing daily activities related to Sea-Fed Terminal facilities operations, maintenance, small projects and haulier management. He/she must ensure that the facilities are capable of receiving, storing and delivering main and special products in a cost effective, efficient and safe manner within the Installation delivery envelop meeting agreed customers service level.
Plan and manage the facility within budgets with continuous performance improvement;
Ensure efficient delivery system for Shell products consistent with Company HSSE policies and ensure maximum economic advantage to Shell;
Manage haulier/drivers to ensure deliveries fulfillment that meet customer’s requirements;
Ensure worksite equipment, transport, power units are properly maintained to achieve optimum availability, reliability and asset integrity;
Manage worksite performances to ensure performance parameters and KPIs are met;
Plan manpower requirement, coach, train and motivate staff/haulier/contractor for competencies, optimum productivity, accepting changes & managing IR issues;
Develop and maintain close working relationship with local Government authorities, Joint-Venture partners and manage all interfaces with other Shell Business units as required;
Implement all HSSE and Road Safety activities in the worksite and ensure statutory requirements are met.
Requirements
:
Graduate in Engineering is preferred, with minimum 10 years of working experience;
Bulk depot and road transport operations experience desired;
Good communication, management and leadership skills required;
Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situation is essential.
