Responsibilities:
Responsible to support executive or manager in maintaining general ledger, journal entries and month end accounts, closing and yearly final accounts.
Assist on day-to-day general accounting functions and operations such as accounting payable and receivable, bank reconciliation.
Assist in monthly management reporting and analysis.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of the year end financial audit and any other accounting related works.
check and verify employee claims for management approval.
Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Posses at least LCCI or Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies/Management/Economics/Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years working experience in related field.
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Those with experience in Purchasing is an added advantage.
Responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently.
