Responsibilities:
Promote, support and coordinate company wide activities in deployment of Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and Total Quality Management (TQM) system.
Develop, review and ensure sustainability of CIP and TQM activities.
Ensure Company's Mission, Core Values, Vision and Key Performance Indicators are communicated to all levels of staff.
Driver to CI activities such as 5S, Employee Suggestion Scheme (ESS), Small Group Activities (SGA), One-Point Lession (OPL), On-job Training (OJT), SHE activities and etc.
Assist to develop and implement relevant SOPs and ensure compliance with Company's requirement.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably with 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, specializing in quality improvement and staff development program.
Execellent interpersonal and communication skills.
