Responsibilities:
Responsible for business growth
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Able to effectively close sales and meet sales target to achieve profitability for the Company
Build, motivate and lead a strong and effective sales and marketing team
Opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager
Training will be provided on the Company business and operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year working experience in a sales role
More experienced candidate will be considered for the Assistant Sales Manager role
Good presentation, leadership qualities and negotiation skills
Resourceful, enthusiastic, results-oriented and can work independently
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate
Possess motor license to drive Company car
Pest control experience is an advantage; Training will be provided on the business
Retail/Hotel/Cleaning /Food /Building Industry experience can be considered
