Responsibilities:
•Responsible on the implementation of the Standard Shopping Mall Operating Procedures
•Responsible for all leasing matters for all existing and new shopping malls and to ensure meeting the group budget rental income given by the Management
•Review current Event Organizers performance & source for new event organizers
•Identify suitable trade mix and tenants for all Carrefour shopping malls
•Prepare budget for Shopping Mall for the Group
•Lease out vacant PTs & NPTs lots.
•Identify suitable trade mix and tenants for all Carrefour shopping malls

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Sound understanding of the retail industries preferably in Hypermarket / Shopping Mall / Complex Management
•Good contacts with major retailers in the industry
•Strong report writing and presentation skills
•Possess strong leadership and people management skills
