Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to recipients, take messages or provide appropriate responses
Meet and greet visitors at reception and inform the relevant internal parties of visitor arrivals
Ensure that the reception area is kept in a presentable condition and that newspapers magazines and brochures are avaiable to visitors
Checking and verifying telephone bills and faxing out documents, arranging courier services and other clerical works assigned by the supervisor.
Provides administrative support and other assigned duties as and when required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Receptionist or Clerk
Full-Time positions available.
