Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource and general administration functions
Manage and administer all human resource requirements, manpower planning & staffing, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, industrial & employee relations, implementation of online HRIS and payroll administration for all subsidiaries of Makarios Group.
Advise, assist and provide consultation to subsidiaries on all aspect of HR policies and procedures.
Provides strategic input and advice to Business Unit Heads and spearheads the HR team in supporting the businesses.
Manage annual appraisal system, salary review, bonuses, promotions, transfer, termination including compensation benefits.
employees recognition and reward programs in support of service deliveries and KPIs.
Oversees general administration including procurement, insurance program for Makarios Group and other administration matters
Prepare reports and proposal for the approval of the Company’s Board Of Director
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration or any related equivalent
Good in both spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum5 years of hands-on working experience in Human Resource with at least 3 year(s) in a managerial position.
Sound knowledge of the Labour Law, Employment Acts, Industrial Relation and prevailing HR practices and legislations.
Matured and possesses strong leadership, team player and with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
