Requirements:
•Minimum STPM Levels or equivalent Administration Diploma.
•At least 2 to 3 years of working experience.
•Provide administrative support to the department, such as stationery, filing, office set up, travel and hotel arrangement, vendors and contracts, etc.
•Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point.
•Good interpersonal, efficient multi tasker , communication and organisational skills.
•Meticulous, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
•Manage reception of guests and visitors.
•Provide logistics support in company/department event.
•High integrity , professional demeanor and a friendly disposition.
