Responsibilities:
Handle credit control matters including implementing credit control policies and procedures
Liaise with lawyers and debt collecting agencies for bad and doubtful debts
Ensure monthly closure of accounts receivable and preparation of reports within the stipulated deadlines
Manage risks of company in relation to extension of credit limit & terms to customers
Monitor and follow up on all litigation cases
Process all new credit applications in accordance to Credit Control Policy
Review all customer credit limit and terms on periodic basis

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
3-4 years working experience in related field
Knowledgable of computerize accounting system
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Analytical, high integrity, diligent and able to meet deadlines
Willing to work 5½ day week
Able to work in a fast pace environment
