Responsibilities:
Lead a team of workshop service or after-sales and technical support team for optimal performance
Provide guidance/coaching in their daily work and ensure quality customer service level is being delivered
Introduce or fine tune current work flow gap/processes/documentations to improve workshop/service level efficiency
Ensure delivery of quality customer service and constantly seek improvement to the entire after-sales service process
Maintain adequate customers contact to improve customer relations and retention
Establish department goals to align with management team
Achieve service sales target set

Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering discipline
Lift Truck related experience in an executive/managerial capacity
At least 3 – 5 years experience in managing a workshop environment preferably in the materials handling or heavy equipment or vehicle engineering or automotive or lift truck related industry
Possess good electrical/mechanical aptitude or knowledge in electro-hydraulic equipment will be an advantage
Knowledge of Maintenance Repair & Overhaul in industrial machinery or equipment
Strong business acumen
Good leadership and motivational skills
Customer focus, have passion for customer service in a customer service environment
Able to communicate in Mandarin to Chinese customers
