Responsibilities:
BRAND ACTIVATION
Plan, lead & execute key marketing activities to drive revenue, market share, product acceptance, brand awareness and affinity and call for actions from Marketing Communications, Public Relation, Medica Buy, Event & Tradeshow & Publicity programs.
Ensure activities rolled out are analyzed, measured and value adding to the business.
Work accross and support cross functional team.
Monitor and ensure marketing expenditure e.g A&P, Premiums are spent within agreed budget.

MARKETING PLANNING
Plan and direct key marketing activities to drive revenue, market share, product acceptance and awareness from internal and external database.
Gatekeeper for product marketing related information and market / industry competitive information.
Lead marketing planning activities in Marketing Department to enhance marketing operations excellence.

PRODUCT MARKETING
Plan and implement company roadmap, strategy and action plans which focus on revenue, market share and product acceptance by customers.
Ensure products are launched on time with appropriate marketing mix programs (i.e: Product Readiness, Pricing, Distributions & Promotions and spearhead CPSI)
Work across and support cross functional team.

Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
At least 5 years related working experiences in fields related to Marketing or Product Marketing. Sales and Customer Service experience is a plus.
Excellent Interpersonal skill, communication skills and analytical skills, resourceful, highly motivated and team leader and player where roles are applicable.
