Responsibilities:
To assist Production Executive in the production process to achieve the daily production target and quality objectives.
Ensure all operators understand their job responsibility and perform at a satisfactory level.
Conduct periodic checks on finished goods and ensure they meet the quality standard.
Maintain good housekeeping in the work area and a safe workplace. 

Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering or Food Science with at least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment.
Must be able to work on shift and long hours.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000.
