Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist projet team in day to day office administration works such as typing, filling, make reservation of flight tickets and hotel. Ensure that all project files are up todate and keep project track record. Do data entry, issuance of DO/PO and invoices. Others admin works as instructed by superiors

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Microsoft office applications
Min - 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to write and speak english well as the candidate will work with oversea representative team
Strong personality and able to communicate at all level.
Willing to work longer hours to meet deadline
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as there will be career advancement should your performance is good
Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya (USJ1) and possess own transport
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Chinesse or Indian lady
Those who can start immediately is preferred.
