Responsibilities:
To liaise and correspond with current and potential customers on the status of order and deliveries.
To communicate and coordinate with relevant department in handling customer’s enquiries and request.
To liaise with government authority such as MOH and MITI for license application and renewal.
Provide feedback and solution to foster good business relationship with customer in aspect of quality, product, delivery, sales forecast, pricing and packaging.
To assist in preparing business contract and agreement.
To assist in maintaining documents and filling system for the department.
To liaise with relevant authorities in obtaining relevant certificates for export customers.
To assist in handling customer and visitor visit.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Social Science or its equivalent.
Possess good negotiation and strong communication skills
Pleasant personality with the ability to work independently
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Outgoing and willing to participate in company event or road show.
Posses own transport.
