Responsibilities:
In general to ensure items purchased must be the cheapest among the three quotation(except under special quotation).
To ensure items received are fresh and quality as per our requirement.
To ensure all invoices are attached with purchase order.
Check all invoives pricing against purchase order before update in system.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate with good knowledge in Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical mind.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Munshi Abdullah.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position only.
