Requirements:
To supervise a group of manufacturing leaders and operators to achieve production & Company goals in terms of out-put, quality, cost, safety, etc.
Able to lead a group of manufacturing leaders and operators to achieve line output.
Optimise production related activities in order to achieve optimal quality, safety and throughput.
Analyse and organise material resources for maximum productivity and quality standard.
Monitor and makes recommendations for the improvement of quality, safety and throughput, based on data and coordinates and follow-up the implementation.
Able to train subordinates in new process, procedures, products to meet production and Company goals.
Able to make decisions in the shift and liaise with supporting groups.
