Responsibilities:
Responsible for the meeting of Standard Operation Procedure and TGV Performance Standard to ensure that the quality of service, presentation and functionality of the cinemas are of the prescribed standards.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the cinema, and to perform the best "customer experience" for our customers. To ensure the company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Responsible for overseeing the cinema's personnel. This includes interviewing potential candidates, prepare work schedule and delegating work assignments based on the best needs of the cinema and company.
Responsible for the budget and profitability of the cinema, maintenance, utilities and other items and make decisions based on the best value for the company.
Willing and able to perform all the operational tasks, including checking on maintenance issues, breakdowns or even repairing some minor works.

Requirements:
Degree in any discipline. Candidates with relevant working experience in the food & beverage industry, airline industry, hotel management or other similar industry are also encouraged to apply.
Analytical, good problem solving skills, organisational, good interpersonal and communications skills.
Pleasant personality with leadership qualities.
Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport.
