Requirements:
Degree in financial management and/or professional qualification like CA, CFA or ICWA, additional certifications from recognized institutes/ entities would be an added advantage
Relevant banking or financial services experience and knowledge in one or more domains: Liabilities (Term deposit, Demand deposit, Current account, Savings account, Overdraft, Term Credit, Payments-Domestic/ International); Assets (Credit Cards, Personal loans, Mortgages, Term credit, Bridge loans, SME loans, Vehicle finance, Leasing/ Hire purchase, Trade Finance/ Factoring); Channels (Customer relationship management, Internet Banking, ATM)
Exposure to IT domain is essential and knowledge of software development life cycle would be an added advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
Good team player, positive and fun-loving
