Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, prepare delivery order, invoice and other general administrative job
Ensure all data entries are accurately maintained and readily available
Follow up and liaise with internal dept/section to clarify and reconcile any data discrepancies, etc
Generate and compile all required reports within the specified period
Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Required Language : Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu.
