The Job:
•To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deadline provided.
•To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues.
•To ensure compliance to customer requirements and other relevant authorities.
•To assist operation in daily administrative activities
•To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities
•To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues
•To analyse operation performance and propose the solutions for process improvement
•To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior
The Person:
•Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas or Shah Alam.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
•Full-Time and Contract position available.
