Responsibilities:
Financial control on outstanding payment from tenant.
Issue Invoice and Statement of Account to tenant.
Serve tenant and respective shopping management office account.
Reconciliation of outstanding ageing and tenant deposit with Finance (Every 2 months).
Do adjustment for any increase or decrease of rental, sales commission or utilities charges by issue Credit Note, Debit Note and Contra Note.
Prepare vacant lot and loss income report (Monthly).

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Willing to learn and new thing.
Independent personality and able to work in a team.
Able to work on Saturday (alternate).
