Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Good skill in quantity taking off, preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors and pre and post contract duties including tendering
Good interpersonal, negotiation and Communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients & suppliers
Able to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
