Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Corporate Resources, the incumbent will be responsible to set up appropriate mechanism to actively regulate, monitor, scan potential or imminent inherited risk and exposure from legal aspects of the company’s business operation and its subsidiaries.
Duties will also include to advise the Management on all legal matters and also representing the company with the external parties and other related agencies.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in commercial law and familiar with all applicable property law.
Must be computer literate, high integrity, result-driven and with good managerial and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
