Responsibilities:
In-charge for overall event coordination for major training course and special events.
Prepare the program flow and layout plan.
Handling activities enrollment and coordinate for hotel booking.
Coordination of System Education Request and printing of attendance certificate.
Evaluate the survey feedback upon the event, analyze and prepare analysis report.
Provide over designing training presentation slides using Powerpoint or other software application if necessary.
Assist for photo-shooting or video shooting during event.
Sourcing for new ideas of special events.
Prepare NDO & NDS Attendance certificate.
Any other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Willing to travel.
