Responsible in preparing of shift’s menus including all requests for special function.
Maintain high personal hygiene, equipment and work place sanitation and work discipline.
Assist supervisor in menu planning and cost control.
Consult with supervisor and peers on shift performance.
Initiates plan and implement new ideas on food and beverage presentation regularly to provide interest.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in reputable food outlet is required for this position.
Good understanding in preparing multi racial food and balance diet.
Hard drive, initiative, and possess good creativity in food preparation and presentation.
Knowledge in cost control and menu planning.
Sound knowledge on fire and safety procedures, food and beverages housekeeping and sanitation.
Knowledge in personal hygiene, kitchen procedures, food and beverages cleanliness, equipment and work place housekeeping and sanitation
