Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service given to customers and smooth running of operations
To schedule all employees to maintain the service standards, while operating within budgeted labour cost guidelines
Control usage of all foods and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipments, tools and services
Conduct research and development in Food and Beverage to constantly improve menu and maintain the consistency of menu quality

Requirements:
Good communication skills, both oral and written in English
CHINESE- MALE Below 29 years old
Diploma and/or with a minimum of 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and able to interact with people of all levels.
A positive thinker, having multi-tasking abilities with a sense of responsibility and commitment in meeting tight schedules.
Possess the ability to hire, train, motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of employees.
Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
Computer literate - familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoints. Familiar with F&B software will be an added advantage.
