Responsibilities:
Filing and maintainence of all paperwork (e.g. invoices, delivery orders etc)
General data entry and reporting for accounting and monitoring purposes
Handling suppliers (payment, obtaining necessary quotations, purchase orders etc)
General HR duties (preparation of letter of offers, confirmations, promotions, resignations etc)
Monitoring of staff's overall welfare (leave, vaccinations etc)
Generating monthly payroll using UBS payroll software
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Must have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Preferably 1-2 years experience in a similar role particularly with USB payroll software
Have a positive attitude, disciplined, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya,Selangor
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Must have own transport
