Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or any equivalent discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience in the current position, preferably in the hotel industry.
Matured with pleasant personality and able to work independently.
Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess excellent leadership and interactive skills.
Fully conversant in Opera Property Management System (in particular Front Office and Cashiering).
Fully competent in handling customer feedback.
Fully competent in writing business letters and reports.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to trouble shoot, obtain solutions to ongoing operational challenges.
