Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls from tenants and vendors regarding building management matters
Perform clerical and administrative support
Data entry and data recording
Maintain office filings and records
Handle other general office administration works assigned from time to time

Requirements:
Possess at least a SPM with 1 year of working experience in the related field. 
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work on alternate Saturdays and able to start work immediately :
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday : 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Saturday (Alternate) : 8.30 am - 12.00 noon
