Responsible to manage and maintain the HR Management System, including processing of payroll for total company (about 300 headcounts), submission of payroll related reports and ensure strict compliance to all statutory requirements
To participate in the planning, implementation & administration of programs. To develop, adjust and/or enhance payroll systems and procedures as required, due to changes in tax law, regulations & company’s pay policies / compensation initiatives
Manage and control the activities of payroll section including authorising/scheduling payroll runs
Direct and control the input of staff personal particulars to the HR system to ensure an accurate up-to-date record system

Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities:

To participate in the planning, implementation & administration of programs. To develop, adjust and/or enhance payroll systems and procedures as required, due to changes in tax law, regulations & company’s pay policies / compensation initiatives
Manage and control the activities of payroll section including authorising/scheduling payroll runs
Direct and control the input of staff personal particulars to the HR system to ensure an accurate up-to-date record system
Comply with the rules of operations procedures and policies when dealing with Payroll and HRIS matters
Reconcile payroll total and prepare cheques for all payroll deductions
Liaise with accounts department and related banks every month before bank-payroll on allocation of funds
Ensure that all documents pertaining to payroll & statutory regulations are filed accordingly
 To provide support for Compensation & Benefits practices, administration & execution

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience in the role as Payroll Officer or equivalent
Good knowledge of payroll processes and computation
Conversant with local employment acts, laws and legislations
Experienced in using Quick Pay payroll system and HR 2000 Time Management System will be an added advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
Has good interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and systems aptitude are essential
5 days week
Candidate must be willing to work at USJ, Subang Jaya
