Responsibilities:
Handle administration work
Assist in preparing business related reports,letters, memorandum, labels, routine manuscript and correspondence
Handle call and e-mail.
Update and maintain database and filing system.
Data entry and administrative tasks.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): highly organised and proactive, Able to work independently and under pressure,
Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel applications .
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferred language: Chinese
1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
2 Full-Time positions available.
