Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the department;
Build up a committed and strong team;
Close monitoring of operators for full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures;
Maintain and upkeep of equipments for optimum operating efficiency;
Oversee discipline, housekeeping and safety practices.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Willing to work shifts and long hours.
Responsible, good leadership and good interpersonal skills;
Computer literate.
