Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and deployment of new product meeting time to market goals
Interface with Business Unit to support new product test H/W & S/W development, including test strategy, test program, test pattern and test methodology development
Perform test program conversions from one ATE platform to another
Identifies and implements value engineering activities to improve test H/W & S/W for cost effectiveness
Lead cross-functional teams to perform key engineering tasks in test S/W engineering for mature and new products
Provide technical leadership in resolving test S/W and/or H/W issues
Develop test methodologies to solve new product test requirement
Act as the primary point of contact for Business Unit and contract manufacturers to manage technical issues related to new product test engineering
Provide tactical engineering support to contract manufacturers
Support on test platform consolidation and a company-wide Final-Test capability and equipment roadmaps
Lead in test software quality and test software release quality improvements.

Requirements:
BS/BE or MS/ME in Engineering or equivalent
With 3, 5 or greater than 10 years hands-on experience in a high volume, semiconductor manufacturing environment with product or test engineering experience in microcontrollers and microprocessors
Good knowledge of IC packaging, testing, manufacturing process technologies
Familiar with device qual/Cz, silicon validation and test H/W & S/W development
Excellent analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of 6-sigma programs, 8D process, FMEA, SPC and other formal problem solving skills
Test programming experience on 2 or more ATE platforms, including tester conversion skills and test techniques in digital & mixed signal as well as structural tests.
Hands on knowledge in new product test development is desirable
Knowledge of IC design, test development tools and wafer fab process preferred
Familiarity with simulation and fault grading tools preferred
Ability to perform loadboard schematic design is a strong advantage
Knowledge of RF test will be a good strength
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to work with various groups located in all parts of the world
Ability to drive system and process implementation
Team player, flexible and results oriented
Ability to influence others and make continuous improvements
