Requirements:
Have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in a consulting or contracting firm or in Quantity Surveying in a property development company.
Sound knowledge of taking off payment, contractual claims, quotation in contract administration or tendering.
Experience in handling project management and documentation will be an added advantage.
Highly motivated, independent and able to work within tight datelines.
Computer literacy is essential.
