Responsibilities:
To perform accounting, sales/marketing, manufacturing support, bookkeeping, client database maintenance, shipping/receiving, logistics and general admin/clerical work.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree for Administrative Assistant; while at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma for Clerk.
At least 1-2 years experience in a responsible executive assistant/administrative position
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and QuickBooks Pro.
Excellent telephone, verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to think and react quickly to provide solutions.
Must be self-starter and able to work with little supervision.
Must be a team oriented person.
Working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under intense pressure.
Quick learner and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Posses own transport.
