Responsibilities:
Managing the production of marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletter, press release and DVDs
Develop and coordinate all advertising materials (local press, magazine) or related communication activities (facebook, twitter, posterous etc)
Networking and maintain good relationship with Stakeholders e.g. Real Estate Negotiators, customers, Colleagues, Management and partner’s organizations.
Attend to Real Estate Negotiators enquiries, complaints and related matters.
To monitor and track marketing expenses reports
To plan, negotiate and coordinate all media planning and submit proposal to management
To conduct market research and analysis to determine the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns and to monitor changes in market conditions and competition
To compile all marketing activities report for management review
Organizing and attending events such as conference, seminars, convention and exhibitions
Sourcing and securing sponsorship
Evaluating marketing campaigns
Liasing with web designer and printers in safeguard company’s corporate image
Management of Real Office System
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business/PR/Mass Communication/Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 4 years’ working experience preferably in marketing, sales, customer or related field.
Excellent Copywriting Skills and good persuasive writing technique
Good at managing multiple tasks
Good spoken and written English and ability to read & write in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
Innovative, people-oriented, good team player, ethical and integrity, resourceful, result orientated, dynamic and aggressive personality.
Self motivated with good interpersonal skills.
