Responsibilities:
- To assist in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of a broad range of activities in the Human Resources and Administration functions such as flight and hotel reservation, cleanliness of company premises, etc.
- To communicate with all callers & visitors in a professional manner to create a good first impression.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplom in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s):
MS Excel, MS Office.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time position available.
