Now, we are seeking suitable candidates for the following positions for the Sales Administration Department.

The incumbent will be reporting to the Sales Administration Executive and responsible for the following duties:
Providing sales administrative support to key account customer focus sales personnel.
Prepare quotation based on specifications & pricing advised by sales personnel and diligently update in the CRM system
Prepare & process sales orders, ensuring deliveries are executed per customers’ requirement.
Prepare purchase orders for local and overseas stakeholders
Handle all telephone calls & enquiries as well as walk-in customers.
Prepare sales reports per sales personnel requirements.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Candidates without the relevant qualification in Business Administration but possess at least 1 year of experience in Business Administration will also be considered.
Possess strong administrative, planning and organizational capabilities.
Possess high level of communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office. Those with working knowledge of ERP application system will be an added advantage.
Possess cheerful disposition, mature and able to interact professionally with the sales, clients and logistic team.
Highly initiated, highly motivated and a multi-tasker and a fast learner.
Able to work independently and a team player.
Preferred Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Fresh Graduates with the Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
