Responsibilities:
Processing of sales order and follow up
Sourcing and ordering of goods from local suppliers
Monitoring and follow up of local and overseas purchases
Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders on goods shipment
Local deliveries arrangement
Accounting data entry
Preparation of simple reports
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or certificate in Accounting
Knowledge of basic accounting
Minimum 2 years experience in sales support or accounting
Good command of written and spoken English
Knowledge of MS office (words, excel)
