Responsibilities:
To handle and coordinate administrative duties.
To prepare delivery order, purchase order & process sales orders, and ensure delivery is monitored and is followed up to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
Support in Physical Stock take activities & Inventory Control.
To assists sales person prepare quotation & record a minutes of meeting.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience, computer literate with well verse in Microsoft application and Internet.
Applicants possess own transport and must be willing to work in USJ 1,Subang Jaya.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
