Requirements:
At least a Diploma in HRM, HRD or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of experience as a HR generalist with exposure to manpower planning & recruitment, ER / IR, talent management, performance management and compensation and benefits in manufacturing environment.
Possess initiative, aggressive and willing to embrace and meet challenges.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour and Industrial laws.
Good written and spoken in both Bahasa Malaysia and English with ability to write business correspondences, reports, memos and other documents.
Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office application - Word, Excel, Power Point.
