Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation of departmental functions & continuous improvement.
Liaise with government & suppliers for routine and ad-hoc tasks, e.g. JPJ, MPSA, TNB, office equipment vendors, insurance companies, etc.
Building, company equipments, vehicle & assets maintenance.
General documentation preparation and follow-up till completion.
Dealing with government authorities’ on related application and to ensure all matters (applications, reports and documentations as needed) comply with statutory requirement.
Monitor renewal of licenses and permits to ensure application submitted on time.
In-charged of the building maintenance, general purchase matters and other related admin tasks.
Supervise projects, assignments and daily activities of administration department.
Organise and supervise general housekeeping of the company’s properties.
Requirements:
Diploma or above qualification.
At least 2 years working experience in similar field
Must be computer literate.
Dynamic, committed and enthusiastic personality.
Able to speak in English & BM and preferably Mandarin.
Must be hardworking, detailed, and responsible; possess good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
Able to lead a team of staff towards company direction.
We work 5 days in a week.
