Responsibilities:
To assist Call Centre Manager to manage the Call Centre functions.
T manage and motivate the Call Centre Consultants; including performance management, and recognition of duties.
To serve as the lead customer service contact for the company, including: answering questions, welcoming and other communications.
To act as a liaison between the Call Centre Department and all other Marketing departments, communicating relevant information to the staff as needed.
To assist Call Center Manager to develop and implements Call Centre policies and procedures.
To manage all aspects of the Call Centre department and lead generation process.
To achieve targets of Consultations setting through Call Centre activities.
To maintain a database of existing customers through Call Centre consolidations.
To maintain a database of new prospective customers through Call Centre consolidations.
Responsible for achieving individual & group sales goals & targets for Call Centre.
To manage the Customer Satisfaction Index survey functions by Call Centre Consultants.
To provide weekly and monthly reports for CSI program.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and other Chinese dialet are added advantage.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Telesales Executive/Telemarketing.
