Responsibilities:
Managing and implementing company expansion strategies to ensure logistics and warehouse operations achieve performance target set based on KPIs.
Study, plan and execute a comprehensive monitoring system dedicated to support customer transportation service request / order booking / reservation.
Take managing role to ensure company / qualified sub-contractor truck operating condition, readiness of drivers, attendant and general safety before transporting cargo.
To establish an effective response mechanism to handle all customer complaints and taking constructive steps to resolve it in a timely manner.
Constantly notifying management via a monitored channel on all critical events between company and customers & document the events for continuous customer services improvement.
Response to customer credit limit and payment overdue condition which ensure un-interrupted transportation service request. And also in a well informed manner to company management as well as customer when exception situation arise.
Cultivate good teamwork, encourage and extend guidance to senior logistics operation personnel’s and subordinates.
Timely submission of management reports covering overall logistics throughput, punctuality of delivery, customer complaints and manpower planning based on agreed schedule.
Undertaking distribution & logistics network studies, analyze transportation volume and customer requirements in order to support the development of delivery and pricing strategies to achieve desired company primary objectives.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field of study.
At least possess 8 years of qualifying experience with minimum 4 years in leading role as Logistics or Operations Manager and familiar with Malaysia Transportation Industry.
Possess proficiency & knowledge in popular computing application software such as Microsoft Office - Word / Excel / PowerPoint, email communication and Internet Application.
Possess strong planning, management, analytical skills and business acumen.
Good communicator and able to work independently as an effective manager at branch level covering overall business & logistics management.
