Responsibilities:
Attend to customer calls with proper courtesy, promptly and manners
Arrange any incoming documents systematically
Attend to indoor walk-in customers for service
Assist in warranty card monitoring and ensuring all documents keyed in accordingly
Handle customer service complaints and ensuring proper action have been taken
Handle customer enquiries and ensuring the customers are satisfied
Assist the customer service coordinator in allocation of service jobs
Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure progress and smoother flow of operation

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, Human Resource Management, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
