Responsibilities:
To assist MD to handle administrative work
To arrange and coordinate business schedule.
To perform all private secretarial duties, personal and confidential matters.
To set up and maintain the efficient of filing systems.
To prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
To arrange conference, routine correspondence and reports
To liaison with internal and external parties

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Full-Time position is available.
Preferably those candidates who how to write and speak mandarin
