Responsibilities:
Promote and create awareness via contractors, builders, developers, quantity surveyors, etc.
Develop aggressive sales strategy and to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Review and monitor the effectiveness of the sales campaign.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and constantly emphasis on customer service and seek feedback for improvement.
 
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing in building/ construction industry.
Possess a pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, aggressive, with a positive working attitude.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Possess own transportation.
